All About Us

A HABITAT FOR THE SOUL

Centered around the notion of food nurturing existence, The Pink Dinghy is a neighborhood restaurant and market, specializing in thoughtful small plates, natural wines and tropically influenced cocktails. The Pink Dinghy exists to create a space for all that wish to gather and to share, and to manifest joy through intention and simplicity.

The Pink Dinghy was started by Stephanie Dietz and Chase Pittman, two folks who adored bringing loved ones together with good food & cold drinks. They saw a need in the ViBE district for a place where neighbors could gather, break bread together and leave with lifelong friends. Their mission was to create a cozy, welcoming space for their community to celebrate milestones, special occasions, and every day happenings. This community meant the world to Chase, and Stephanie continues to carry his energy forward at the Pink Dinghy.
